In this position, you will be responsible for the precise production of components using milling machines. You will work according to technical drawings and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Your tasks

• Series production on CNC drilling and milling machines
• Operation of 3-axis and multi-axis machines
• Creating and processing CNC programmes
• Measurement of components, correction of measured values

Your profile

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator (specialising in milling) or comparable professional experience
• Independent and quality-conscious way of working

You will operate CNC lathes and manufacture components according to given specifications. In doing so, you ensure maximum precision and quality.

• Machining of small series and series production on vertical and horizontal CNC lathes
• Creating and processing CNC programmes
• Measurement of components, correction of measured values
• Operation of 2-axis and multi-axis machines

Your profile

• 3 or 3 1/2 years of completed training as a cutting machine operator (specialising in turning) and professional experience in the training occupation or alternatively: many years of professional experience as a cutting machine operator with programming skills
• Independent and quality-conscious way of working

• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation

Your tasks

• Mix colour according to instructions/specification
• Check and evaluate substrates and prepare them for coatings, e.g. by cleaning
• Take protective measures for surfaces and objects that are not to be processed, e.g. masking
• Priming and painting metal surfaces (no spray painting)

Your profile

• Forklift licence and experience in handling industrial trucks desirable
• Crane licence desirable
